Barbara provides training and coaching services in the areas of leadership, sales and partnership development to hundreds of clients in the U.S. and Latin America. She is a preferred coach and trainer for important global organizations because of her experience living and working in Latin America for 30 years.  She delivers training and coaching in English and Spanish.

She has most recently worked with SolidWorks (Global), DHL Express (Latin America), Eidon Software Solutions (Mexico) and Scotiabank (Chile). She developed programs in The Power of Coaching for Teams and The Art of Entrepreneurial Living.

Along with a Master of Arts degree from Virginia Tech University, Barbara holds a certificate in personal and professional coaching from the Newfield Network. She is also certified to teach The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, The Four Roles of Leadership from Franklin Covey and Crucial Conversations from the Vital Smarts Company.
