She has more than 20 years of global business experience, which includes director and board-level positions in Australia, Britain, Japan, Thailand and Hong Kong. Her client roster includes individuals of all nationalities from the highest echelons of the legal, financial, management and banking fields.

Apart from coaching she writes articles on business issues, work/life impact, stress and career management. She was the South China Morning Post’s first and only coaching columnist.
