She was twice recognized for ‘Excellence and Business Achievement through Coaching.’ She has coached CEO, president, vice president and director level executives in a wide variety of industries and her client list is impressive.

She especially enjoys coaching alpha males and females because of their commitment to success and their high standards for achievement. Sheila’s clients describe her as dynamic, solid, intelligent, creative and genuine.

Sheila currently serves as a professional assessor for the International Coach Federation for those seeking the coveted coach designation, and led a sold-out international research conference for professional coaches.

Sheila’s executive coaching has been featured many times in the press, including newspapers and industry magazines. Canada’s national papers The Globe & Mail and The National Post ran profiles about her services and the value she provides for clients.

Sheila holds a Masters degree in Adult Learning and Workplace Change from the University of Toronto, and has a myriad of assessment certifications. Personally, she has studied photography extensively and loves to travel.
