Sara Jane is a globally recognized management consultant and seasoned executive coach who delivers rapid results. She works with senior executives and their leadership teams to identify, assess, and address individual and organizational performance improvement opportunities to increase profitability. What distinguishes her coaching is that she not only helps her clients understand the consequences of their actions, she also helps them identify the underlying root causes which sustain their ineffective behavior. Then, applying her proprietary influencing technology, Sara Jane helps her clients develop the needed winning relationships to strategically achieve their key business objectives.
Some coaching and consulting clients have included AT&T, American Express, Barclays Bank, Boston Stock Exchange, Citigroup, Consumer Value Stores (CVS), Hewlett-Packard Financial Services, INTEL, J.P. Morgan Chase, Sony, United States Department of Defense, and Verizon.
Sara Jane has held leadership positions in Organization Effectiveness and Leadership Development at AT&T, Chase, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), and Hewlett-Packard Financial Services. She is on the executive coaching faculty for Duke Corporate Education, as well as Linkage's Global Institute for Leadership Development.
Sara Jane has an MA in Psychology from Columbia University, a BA in Psychology from New York University, and has completed executive courses in Finance and Marketing at The Wharton School. |
