Terry has been coaching for ten years in organizational development, executive effectiveness and personal growth. She helps clients discover insights that allow them to commit to a plan of action and reach their goals.

She received coaching training through the Hendricks Institute and is a member of ICF (International Coaching Federation). Terry was instrumental in bringing Worth Ethic’s leadership assessment and executive coaching work with senior management into public education when she served as the Director of Professional Development in Austin, TX.

In addition to coaching, Terry is currently engaged in public education reform efforts through QLD Learning, the National Staff Development Council, and Morganti Fisher Associates, LLC. She serves on the board of the Texas Staff Development Council.

She obtained her BS from Westfield State University in MA, her M.Ed from the University of Texas in Austin, and Mid-Management Certification from Texas State University. She resides in Austin, TX with her husband, Steven.
