Xavier is a seasoned consultant with over 20 years experience in management, leadership and change management both in North America and Europe. He specializes in helping organizations achieve needed changes by focusing on specific and measurable results. His approach to coaching is often based on feedback from a 360 assessment, which is used to create specific development objectives and an action plan.

Xavier has trained over 3,000 people in management and leadership in North America, Europe and the Middle East for global organizations. He teaches Management at ESSEC Business School in Paris, France and previously taught at HEC Montreal, Canada.

His clients include Business Objects, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Exxon, LVMH, Merck (MSD), Merril Lynch, Starwood (Sheraton) EMEA, and Volkswagen Canada.

Xavier has a BA degree from HEC in Montreal, and a PhD from ESSEC in Paris.
