Before joining Worth Ethic in 2007, Sean spent 15 years in the Information Technology sector, working with Fortune 500 companies as a project manager and technology consultant.  He served in various consulting capacities for companies such as Dell, AT&T, Citibank, Wells Fargo and Lockheed Martin.

Sean moved his family from Jacksonville, Florida to Austin in 2003 and now resides in Pflugerville with his wife Sara, daughter Katie and son Scott.  In his spare time, Sean enjoys biking, running and swimming and is currently training for his first triathlon.


Sheri Hickman

Before coming to Worth Ethic, Sheri worked for Central Texas Medical Claims, handling insurance claims with major insurers such as United Healthcare, Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Medicare. Prior to her work in the medical insurance field, she was an administrative coordinator for RPS (now FedEx Ground) for two years. She managed customer relationships and coordinated reception.

An Austin, Texas, native and alumnus of Leander, Sheri and her husband Jack have four boys. Sheri stayed at home with her boys for several years in the midst of her career. When she and her family have a free weekend, they go fishing at a local ranch for relaxation.


Eric Harlow

Eric began his business career in the Quality Assurance department at a global outsourcing call center company called Convergys. He worked as a Quality Evaluator for five years, while simultaneously attending school at Utah State University. He now holds a BA in education with an emphasis on physical education and a minor in Spanish.

 

Eric moved his family to Austin to teach Spanish and physical education at the high school level before coming to Worth Ethic in July of 2006.

 

Eric is originally from the Lakewood area of Southern California, but has lived in several states across the country, including Colorado, Washington, Virginia, Idaho and Utah. Eric's extended family is from the Boston area, and he was drawn to Worth Ethic because of the chance to work with the Boston Red Sox, one of his favorite professional sports teams.

 

Eric has two children: a three-and-half-year-old boy named Connor and a two-year-old girl named Tehya. Eric's wife Mnisa stays at home with their two children.

Jill interviews executives for 360 assessments and coaches directors and middle managers to improve their leadership styles. She uses thoughtful and thematic questions to help leaders explore organizational and leadership strengths and development opportunities. Jill guides leaders to discover any defensiveness they have to learning and to become open to feedback and suggestions from managers, peers and direct reports.Prior to Worth Ethic, Jill started and ran a successful coaching practice in Greensboro, North Carolina, and San Diego, California. Trained by the International Coaching Society, Jill created a results-oriented coaching practice working with business managers, entrepreneurs, attorneys and other professionals from across the United States. Clients came to Jill looking for ways to enhance their professional and personal lives, and to achieve greater success and better work-life balance. 

Jill's system allowed clients to set their own goals, and 100% of her clients were successful at achieving at least three of their five goals in the first two months. In addition to one-on-one coaching, Jill was asked to lead a group of successful business leaders who were interested in making more of their lives and continuing to advance their careers.Jill has been a frequent guest lecturer, invited to speak at universities and hospitals, including the University of California at San Diego, on topics such as stress, interpersonal difficulties, making transitions, and broader mental health issues such as depression and anxiety.In addition to coaching, Jill had a successful therapy practice in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Her work included short-term, solution-focused interventions with adults, couples and families struggling with problematic behaviors, such as explosive tempers, reactions to high stress, depression, anxiety and addictions, including workaholism.Earlier in her career, Jill worked as a project manager for a grant program that administered a $10 million grant to reduce the demand for alcohol and drugs through the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. She also worked as a project and business manager for a $16 million law firm, managing the work of 15 lawyers based in multiple locations.

She has also completed international and domestic studies in economic development for the state of West Virginia through Marshall University. Jill has a B.A. in Economics and Spanish from Marshall University and an M.S. in Social Work from the University of Tennessee.
